Liability Waiver and Disclaimer Policy

Mentee Liability Waiver and Disclaimer Policy
Effective Date: 1/27/2025

Purpose:


This policy is designed to outline the limitations of liability for "Sell Together" in relation to the mentor and mentee Zoom coaching calls. By participating in the program, both mentors and mentees acknowledge and accept the terms of this disclaimer.

Scope:
This policy applies to all individuals participating in coaching or mentoring sessions via Zoom or any other virtual platform facilitated by "Sell Together."

No Liability for Coaching Sessions​

  1. General Disclaimer
    "Sell Together" is a platform that connects mentors and mentees for educational, coaching, and developmental purposes. The company does not assume responsibility for any actions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from the interactions between mentors and mentees during Zoom coaching sessions.

  2. Individual Responsibility
    Mentors and mentees are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and the outcomes of their coaching relationship. "Sell Together" does not endorse, control, or guarantee the content, advice, or suggestions shared during these sessions.

  3. Coaching Content and Advice
    The information, guidance, and advice provided by mentors are based on their personal knowledge, experience, and expertise. However, "Sell Together" does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability of the advice provided. Mentees should seek professional guidance (legal, financial, medical, etc.) when applicable.

Limitation of Liability

  1. No Liability for Disputes or Damages
    "Sell Together" is not responsible for any disputes, disagreements, or damages (including but not limited to physical, emotional, or financial damages) that arise from the interaction between mentors and mentees during Zoom calls or any other form of communication. This includes, but is not limited to, conflicts related to advice, expectations, or personal conduct during sessions.

  2. Technical Issues
    "Sell Together" is not liable for any technical failures, internet disruptions, or problems with the Zoom platform that may occur during coaching sessions. It is the responsibility of both mentors and mentees to ensure their technology is working correctly prior to the session.

  3. Recording and Confidentiality
    If sessions are recorded, it is done with the mutual consent of both parties. However, "Sell Together" is not liable for any misuse or unauthorized access to session recordings. It is the responsibility of mentors and mentees to protect sensitive information shared during the session.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By engaging in a mentoring or coaching session facilitated by "Sell Together," both mentors and mentees acknowledge and accept the following:

  • They understand and agree that "Sell Together" is not liable for the outcomes or consequences of the coaching sessions.

  • They accept responsibility for their decisions, actions, and any potential issues that arise during or after the coaching process.

  • They understand that "Sell Together" does not provide professional services such as legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • They agree that any dispute or claim arising from the mentoring relationship will not involve "Sell Together" as a party in the dispute.

Severability:
If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the policy will continue in full force and effect.

Reschedule at any point prior to meeting. 

 

A $20 fee will be charged for no shows for sessions. You must reach out to info@selltogether.org up to 12 hours after meeting set time to recieve a refund for remaining balance.

By participating in any mentoring or coaching sessions via Zoom with "Sell Together," you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver and Disclaimer Policy.
